Fun Activities - Weeks of Nov. 30 + Dec. 7

Here are some fun things to consider for this coming week! They are free or nearly free!

1. Idaho Botanical Garden "Winter Garden a Glow" Begins Friday, December 4 and goes until Sunday, January 10. 6-9PM. $4 for members, $6 for adults and $4 for kids from 4 - 12 years old.

2. Meridian Tree Lighting - Saturday, December 5 at 6PM. Generations Plaza, 910 Main Street. FREE

3. Boise Tuba Christmas, Saturday, December 5 from 3:30 to 4PM and 4:30 to 5:30PM at the 1st Presbyterian Church, 950 W. State Street. Over 60 musicians will serenade downtown Boise with traditional carols with tubas, baritones, euphoniums and sousaphones. Fun!! FREE

4. Claus 'n Paws at the Boise Zoo. Saturday, December 5 from 10AM to 5PM. Live entertainment. FREE

5. BSU Holiday Chemistry Show for families - Kids will love the cool, wacky, "magic tricks" (experiments) performed by the BSU chemistry faculty. Monday, December 7 from 6:30 to 7:30PM with hands-on science activities after. Jordan Ballroom of the Student Union. FREE
